Timing.

Its all about times that we feel inspired to act ,or to be quiet, or feel there is something that doesn't fit anymore, to shake the tree ,to an injustice whether real or imagined. It's all an energetic signature. A readiness ,a ripe moment in time. Shaking the tree has many meanings and traditions.It benefits is on many levels. On a practical level to shake up an agenda that is harmful, to respond to a social injustice of cruelty or unfairness unresolved.

A silent struggle ,to a voice that takes up space. Journeys in the shamanic sense can be as unique as the person entering a visualized tree ,journey in by an altered state created by a drum beat or rattle and a choice in whether I speak and lead you through this journey or silence ,a stillness to hear and guide yourself. To feel the message that is just for you.

At the time it's needed ,it is salve for the soul.

Divine timing ,a sense of rightness.I am there to hold the energy in my training ,I stand or sit with you and you decide how it unfolds as you breathe ,listen, and speak in a session ,and shake the tree to move stagnant energy for  the fruit ,the food that you feel has been denied you too long. A session takes place in a room where we build connection, trust and ,a shared  belief of humanity's boldness for change and a gentleness to walk in confidence, for our life matters ,
