The Sacred and the Secret are Sisters.
The "witch wound " is a historical shift in history when women were controlled by colonized power. In the sacred and the secret we learn power with one another and heal power over or power under structures.
From February 1st into the spring we start the whisper of spells and incantations by a fire that is lit for Imbolc. Weaving ,knitting ,craft making creates a capacity for holding dreams that find alignment with your own divine source to become something tangible.
Here we learn how to build trust.
Our voices sing and speak truth to awaken our own solar light. This quiet power is potential that starts to take shape. We begin to weave the fabric of time trusting deeper.

Life in our hands
Energy from our hands heal ,create and hold. As safe touch leads to trust and allows us to develop strong familial roots, We start to exchange and offer what we have .
Baking, cooking ,weaving cloth or knitting allows us to share and offer our gifts to each other.
As we hold our intentions and dreams we whisper and sing love into all we do.
Fire in our belly.
Meditation and yoga postures that stoke our inner fire of digestion, filter out what stays and what goes is next. By building a real fire, we interact with something now tangible. This helps us to tend the power of the flame which brings great appreciation for what remains and what is wished for. It is a relationship to ourselves that asks us to be responsible and careful what we ask for ,as fire can heal or harm.
Weaving what is true.
When we whisper in someones ear, it is a wish that is held dear, it is something that we want held with respect, love and truth. Telling someone our deepest longing is an act of trust ,it is also an appreciation that someone allowed and trusted us enough to hold sacred our secret longing. A soul friend. or in Irish called an"Anam Cara " In the circles of the sacred and the secret ,we learn to trust each other and become someone who can be trusted,
Womens circles.
In this intensive we learn to become trustworthy by making the busy mind still, and the body active. We busy our hands with something that we make real whether it is baking ,sowing ,weaving or painting. We do this for each other, and share what we have.
This is gift giving as the hands are an extension of the heart.
In this intensive we learn how to build and tend a real fire and a spiritual fire. As we build relationships we bring and offer gifts made from our own hands to the community. We meditate, practice, build and tend our inner and outer fire. We learn what it takes to sustain ourselves and each other.
